Plans for the facility include an indoor market to rival other major cities’ like New York’s Chelsea Market and LA’s Grand Central Market. This project will house a 38,000-square-foot warehouse with a 13,000-square-foot beer garden and space for vendors to sell food, art, jewelry and more. The half-acre of green space includes a row of hanging swings on which to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The development also hopes to be home to one of Houston’s first automated parking garages.
