This recently-completed facility, located in the Clear Lake area, features tilt-wall skin with a clear span pre-engineered metal building structure. Of its 21,776 square feet, 18,600 square feet is gym area and features four full-size practice floors with 7-ft and 3-ft in-ground pits, as well as an in-ground tumble track.
